Jennifer Connelly was born on December 12, 1970. She began her career as a child model before making her acting debut in the 1984 crime film ‘Once Upon a Time in America’.
Throughout the 80’s and 90’s she starred in a variety of films including ‘Phenomena’, ‘Labyrinth’, ‘Career Opportunities’, ‘The Rocketeer’, and ‘Dark City’.
In the 2000’s she played a drug addict in Darren Aronofsky’s drama film ‘Requiem for a Dream’. In 2002, Jennifer won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for ‘A Beautiful Mind’.
She also starred in ‘Hulk, ‘Dark Water’, ‘Little Children’, ‘Blood Diamond’, ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’, ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’, ‘Noah’ and ‘Alita: Battle Angel’. More recently she starred in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’.
